1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy is governed by the principles of quality assurance and the nature of perishable goods.
1.1. Return Window
- Time Limit: A return request is valid for 1 day (24 hours) from the confirmed date of delivery.
- Exclusion: Returns requested after 1 day from the delivery date will not be accepted for any type of refund or exchange.
1.2. Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused (i.e., not consumed or opened).
- Reason: The item must have been received in a damaged condition or be defective, expired, or incorrect.
- Packaging: The item must remain in its original packaging (where applicable) with all tags and labels intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team immediately upon discovering the issue, within the 1-day window.
2.1. Return Submission
We require photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item to process your return request efficiently.
2.2. Return Drop-Off
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our logistics structure, approved returns must be physically returned by the customer:

3. Refund Information
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.1. Customer Refund Choice
Upon approval, the customer has the right to choose their preferred method of refund:
- Bank Account Transfer: Direct reimbursement to a provided bank account.
- Coupon Code: Store credit issued as a digital coupon code for use on future orders.
3.2. Refund Timelines

4. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order, but specific charges apply based on the preparation stage:
- Cancellation Before Preparation: Orders can generally be canceled without penalty if preparation has not yet begun.
- Cancellation After Preparation: In the event of cancelling an order after it has already been prepared, picked, or packed for delivery, the customer is obliged to bear the full cost of the order, as the goods are often perishable and cannot be restocked.
